He is 20 years older what should i do?
Ok so I'm Irish and in my early 20's the guy i am dating at the moment is German and in his early 40's. About a year and a half ago a guy i heard about from neighbours was thumbing on the road , hes from Germany but moved to Ireland . Anyway i picked him up because i noticed he thumbs almost every day and no one used to pick him up and he'd usually have to walk home, the day i picked him up it was raining so i felt bad and stopped . I didn't know he was German until he spoke i was overwhelmed because i loved Germany and two weeks before hand i was in Germany , me being me i asked him over 100 questions in the space of the 10 minute drive because i thought of my god im in a car with a German person he said i ask alot and when he got out of the car i thought well i'd never see him again. Then about 3 weeks later in my local bar he was there i didn't see him until he approached me and said he remembered me and then smiled i spent the whole evening talking to him , and things progressed from there. The thing is he wants me to move in with him so i think things may be moving to the next stage, his wife died 3 years ago although i try not to bring up the subject i do ask things now and again he says he is over it but he still seems like he is not over it as he always seems to mention little things then he would be upset for a while and i would be there unsure in what i should say, he has told very personal things which i'm amazed that he trusted me so much with but its hard to tell he seems to be crazy with cats and told me when his wife died he turned to cats he treats them like children . I do stay at his house now i stay 5 nights a week and we have had sex numerous of times too . The last night when i stayed he seemed to stare at me alot which freaked me out and i said whats wrong because he kept fiddling with his hands i thought he was going to break up with me but then he said 'You know i love you very much and when my wife die i thought me and relationships were over with but then you came along and you are like a best friend to me and so i want to know if you would marry me because if you do i would be so happy' , at the time i hadn't the slightest idea he felt like this at all and he knew i was stuck for words so he then said 'You don't have to answer now tell me when you are ready' he had a ring and everything and gave to me and told me to wear it when i'm ready. When i told my friends they said we are only together a year and a half an that it seems so soon and when i asked my sister for advice she said the age gap is massive but i really love though hes such a lovely caring person and i want to make him happy by saying yes but im afraid he only asked me because deep down he is using me as a rock to lye on. What would you do if you were me? Taking Age gap hes widowed and the space of time we have been together?

Ive been waiting for years for the chance to move to Ireland for college. But figuring everything out, id be living pretty cheep, and really have to economize. I'm up for any challenge, but would it be worth it? Or would it be better to take college her in America and move later? Om not looking for any study abroad for a semester type things, but Id instead want to really live there four at least those four years. What do you think I should do?
