is the lifeguarding course hard in ireland/uk?
im 15 almost 16 and i want to get my lifeguarding course when i turn 16. im an confident swimmer but my strokes would be pretty freestyle although i do know the basic strokes, ie. front crawl and breast stroke etc. im not that fit as regards the running but i bet i can run maybe a mile without being out of breath :/ ya so thats about it... i live in limerick ireland and i want to do a course so i can get a job as a lifeguard in a while any advice about the actual exam would be appreciated thanks. :)
