Any suggestions for dealing with a jet lagged baby?
Hi, I've just returned to Melbourne, Australia, from a three week holiday in Dublin, Ireland, with my wife ane eight month old son. Since we returned, our sons sleep pattern is all over the place. He seems to be about four hours out of time. Where his long sleep used to star at 8pm it now doesn't start until around midnight.
I know this is to be expected but I was just wondering if there are any suggestions as to what we might be able to do to get him 'back to normal' sooner rather than later.
Or do we just have to wait until he works his own way through it ?
