Holiday Property Rentals In Ireland

Ireland is the perfect destination for a holiday property rental.

The island, which consists of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, has a great selection of self catering accommodation to suit a variety of tastes and budgets.

Whether you're looking for a cottage in the country or a city apartment, you will find it in Ireland.

With so much wonderful scenery, natural beauty, tourist attractions and a wealth of activities on offer, there is plenty to keep you occupied during your holiday. Not surprisingly, Ireland is a great place for those who enjoy the great outdoors, such as birdwatchers, hikers and cyclists.

Dublin is the capital of the Republic of Ireland and is ideal for a city break. It has plenty of things to see and do, including various visitor attractions, museums and galleries, historic sites, tours, parks and gardens, shopping opportunities, sports and activities.

There are many tours you can join in the city, too, such as walking tours, hop-on-hop-off tour buses and cycling tours.

Just some of the visitor attractions include Dublin Zoo, Guinness Storehouse (a must-see!), Dublin Castle, Christ Church Cathedral, National Gallery of Ireland and more! There are also many child-friendly places to keep the kids busy during their holiday. The youngsters will love Fry Model Railway, Imaginosity (a fantastic interactive children's museum), National Aquatic Centre, St Stephen's Green (a lovely park where you can chill out) and The Chocolate Warehouse!

The city is also good for shopping, so you will get the opportunity to catch up on some retail therapy during your stay in Ireland. Dublin has a great selection of shops, stores and markets.

Ireland has so much more to offer its visitors. Whether you want to discover Dublin and the East of Ireland, South, West or Northern Ireland, you will find a wealth of things to see and do.

If you're looking for a holiday brimming with culture, beautiful scenery and activities, then head to Northern Ireland. Here, you can check out one or more of its six counties, including Armagh, Fermanagh, Londonderry, Antrim, Tyrone and Down.

In Northern Ireland you can see the famous Giant's Causeway, which is well worth a visit and is, not surprisingly, a popular tourist attraction. It is a World Heritage Site (in fact, it's the only UNESCO World Heritage Site in Northern Ireland) and is made up of about 40, 000 interlocking basalt columns!

While you are in Northern Ireland, you might also like to see Antrim Coast Road (County Antrim), Glens of Antrim (County Antrim), Fermanagh Lakes (County Fermanagh) and Mountains of Mourne (County Down).

Northern Ireland is also ideal for a city break. You can enjoy Belfast, the capital city of Northern Ireland, Derry or Armagh, for example.

The South of Ireland is another lovely area to explore during your Irish vacation. With an abundance of places to see, such as Cork, Kerry, Tipperary, Kilkenny and more, you will enjoy your time in this delightful part of the island. From Cork, you might like to visit the famous Blarney Stone at Blarney Castle. Many people flock here to kiss the famous stone!

The West of Ireland, meanwhile, also has plenty to see and do during your self catering holiday.

There are many interesting areas to see here in the counties of Mayo, Roscommon and Galway. Whether you're in search of culture, outdoor activities, sports, child-friendly attractions, restaurants or shopping facilities, you will find it all in West Ireland.

Ireland is ideal for a long weekend break or a longer sightseeing vacation. There are so many places to explore here. Whether you're planning a fun-filled family holiday, a sightseeing trip or a more relaxing break, Ireland is a great holiday destination for everyone!

Day trips from Belfast...?
Anyone know of any trips I could do from Belfast? Either with a tour company, or just by public transport, if its easy enough. But not Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-rede, or Carrickfergus. I did that last time. Wanna see new places this time... Thanks!
