Cell Phone Celebrities: Stars On Your Cell Phone

Iran and Yahoo - server question?
A few weeks ago I was getting annoyed with all the bombardment of adverts I received whilst surfing the web. It was really starting to affect my 'browsing experience' especially when Yahoo mail and Youtube felt it was acceptable to push me to watch commercials every third time I logged in or watched a movie!
SO I changed back to Firefox because that enables me to successfully block all that tosh! But more than this it displays a country/territory map at the end of the URL Address Bar showing what country the website your are browsing is in. (a geeky but interesting gimmick)
Last week I noticed that when you sign in to some sites it changes very quickly (presumably bouncing servers - nothing too odd perhaps). One instance of this is when I went to 'thumbs up' a comment on a Yahoo news feature it asked for me to sign in - and in that moment the country flag went from Iran to UK.
I noticed last week something similar whilst accessing emails.
My question is - why are the security features of Yahoo mail being routed through Iran? I've no real problem with it except that the 'West' seem to be demonising Iran in the media at the moment so its a bit odd that a large 'communication provider' is running through there.

Can a costa rican person help me PLEASE ?
First i shall say if there is a costa rican person would he or she help me to KNOW more about costa rica, because i am really curious about costa rica.
i am researching on costa rica as my project, And i want to know about the distance between people (Power distance Index) with the Examples of :
Hero: for example people who stood for human rights and unequally between people, so some people don't benefit more than others and everyone be equal.
Ritual: Ceremonies which shows this, for example in some countries they through party on the day which they obtained they freedom.
and things which shows this distance: Signs, names and other stuff which shows this for examples some country flags show freedom on them.

I've always thought that Albania has the best-looking flag. It's looks regal. Next to it, I'd say Japan's for its simplicity. What do you guys think?
